Jayne Lewis-Kulzer, MPH, is the project director for Owete. She manages multiple NIH-funded studies based in western Kenya. She has over 15 years of experience in HIV-related research and program implementation, with an emphasis on prevention, linkage,and retention in care among high risk populations. She has extensive experience in grant development and management and with building collaborative partnerships for optimal research implementation.
