Joe Okore is a Promoter Trainer for the Owete study. As a Promoter Trainer with Owete he mobilizes promoters in the fishing community, works with local leaders and health facility staff on study logistics and participates in stakeholder engagement meetings and report writing. He has 13 years of experience in community work as a study coordinator, field research assistant, project officer and consultant. Joe was also appointed a member of Bondo District and Monitoring team representing NGOs in 2006 under the Ministry of Planning and National Development.
