Phoebe Olugo is the Owete study assistant coordinator. She is primarily in charge of the qualitative data collection in all the study sites and analysis. She has a BA in anthropology from Moi University. From 2012, she has worked in observational as well as clinical trials involving young women, the fishing populations, adolescents and children under five. She has been streamlined to studies aimed at fostering HIV prevention, care and management. She has a passion for qualitative research.
